Location:
Liverpool City Centre


Contract:
Full time, Permanent

37 hours per week

Shift patterns:
Monday - Sunday 7am-9pm (Shift rotation)

Lates : 1 week in 4


My client based in Liverpool City Centre are looking to recruit a number of enthusiastic Customer Service Agents to join their expanding team.

The role is paying a starting basic salary of £19,048 per annum.

This is an excellent opportunity for anyone with experience within a customer focused role or graduates who are looking for Monday to Friday work with one weekend in every 3 weeks.

The main duties of a Customer Service Advisor are:
To take inbound calls from customers as a result of a motor incident, validating cover and ancillary products as well as assessing liability

  • To collate data accurately and effectively
  • To provide an excellent customer experience by way of a friendly telephone manner and active listening
  • To provide clear communication to customers and/or their representatives
  • To meet own targets and SLAs
  • To liaise with external companies and internal departments in a timely and professional manner in order to effectively process the customers claim notification
  • To resolve any issues avoiding expressions of dissatisfaction escalating into complaints
  • To contribute towards continuous improvement with generation of ideas
