Description
We currently have 2 vacancies for a Senior Administration Assistant to work within the Wigan and Leigh Integrated Sexual Health Team, to be based at Standishgate Wigan with flexibility to work at all sites including the Leigh Hub.
Both posts are permanent, one is full time 37.5 hours per week and the other is part time 25 hours per week.
The post holder will be responsible for administration, clerical and reception support, as well as admin support of the clinical team.
Applicants will be motivated team players, with experience of dealing with the public, working in an administration setting and should be able to demonstrate good IT skills.
You will have an organised and flexible approach, with the ability to prioritise your workload and relate to all types of people.
