Sales Negotiator - Halifax - Up to £22,000
Are you a highly professional and motivated Sales Negotiator? Do you want to join a leading independent premium estate agency, specialising in the sale of country, period, and bespoke homes?

The firm's focus is to build on the success of our residential sales department and become the region's leading independent premium estate agency and property experts.


They are seeking an individual who would be comfortable working within an estate agency brand focusing on the sale country properties, high value homes, land, and exclusive new homes.

What you will be doing

  • Sole responsibility for a portfolio of residential properties
  • Communicating with external suppliers and professionals
  • Involvement in the marketing and promotion of properties and business services along with general office duties
  • Acting as a client liaison which involves meeting and greeting clients at their homes and providing professional advice on all aspects of their residential requirements
  • Arrange valuations
  • Coordinate the listing process
  • Arranging photography and EPC report
  • Drafting the property particulars and confirming approval from the client prior to going to market
  • Consulting with proceedable purchasers to convert viewings into offers
  • Successfully negotiate the sale of homes
  • Reviewing legal documentation and property reports
  • Conducting ID checks and managing the due diligence process

What you will need

  • Previous experience working as a Sales Negotiator
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
  • Ability to manage own workload and prioritise tasks
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent IT skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook

What you will receive

  • Annual salary up to £22,000
  • Plus commissions
  • Monday to Thursday, 9am5:30pm, Fridays 9am5:00pm
  • 1 in 4 Saturdays, 9am1pm

Up to £22,000.00 per year
