Job Overview
As our new Customer Care Executive, your role will be integral to maintaining the smooth sailing of our operations. Supporting our team of account managers, you'll play a critical part in ensuring our ship stays on course.

Here's what you'll be doing:

Overseeing and managing daily business operations to maintain smooth functioning
Providing comprehensive support to our account managers, bolstering the efficiency of our team
Developing, implementing and monitoring operational strategies to support sustainable growth
Monday to Friday

Exceptional organisational skills
like a seasoned captain keeping everything ship-shape
Proficiency in multitasking steering the ship while managing the crew
A recent graduate with a 2.1 degree
