Job Overview
As our new Customer Care Executive, your role will be integral to maintaining the smooth sailing of our operations. Supporting our team of account managers, you'll play a critical part in ensuring our ship stays on course.


Here's what you'll be doing:


  • Overseeing and managing daily business operations to maintain smooth functioning
  • Providing comprehensive support to our account managers, bolstering the efficiency of our team
  • Developing, implementing and monitoring operational strategies to support sustainable growth
  • Monday to Friday

  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • like a seasoned captain keeping everything ship-shape
  • Proficiency in multitasking steering the ship while managing the crew
  • A recent graduate with a 2.1 degree
