Are you an experienced Recruitment Team Leader? Are you looking for a new challenge? If so we've got the perfect opportunity to join our Recruitment Team within the social care sector.

About the role

The Recruitment Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing all areas of the recruitment and onboarding process, which will include following our Safer Recruitment Policy and ensuring that we are compliant in recruiting to Ofsted and CQC standards.

Having a person-centred approach to recruitment, personal development and employee retention is essential. The Recruitment Leader will be responsible for line managing a team of Recruitment Officers and Administrators and daily allocation of tasks

About you

Recruitment or HR experience
Knowledge of the care sector is desirable
Exceptional communication skills
Highly organised and resilient
Attention to detail
