Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our team in Heston. As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent organisational and communication skills who is passionate about the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

Conduct property viewings with potential buyers or tenants
Negotiate offers between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords
Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the sales or rental process
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and property details
Assist in marketing properties through various channels, including online listings and social media platforms
Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
Stay uptodate with market trends and changes in the real estate industry
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Multilingual abilities are a plus
Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping and data entry
Knowledge of the local real estate market is beneficial
