Description
Reporting to the Senior Administrator, you will assist the finance team with accounts tasks and other office administration.


16 hours per week, ideally working the following shifts:

  • Tuesday & Friday, 9am
  • 1pm
  • Wednesday & Thursday, 1pm 5pm

These shifts are flexible within reason. For example, two full days per week would be an option

£12p/h (£10k annual salary) some flex on salary DOE


Key Duties:


  • General administration duties
  • Chase payments / credit control
  • Match delivery notes to supplier invoices
  • Log invoices on s/s and Sage
  • Add to payrun
  • Check statements
  • Reconciling credit card receipts to the statements
  • Work on the equipment spreadsheets updating as required
  • Answering the telephone and customer enquiries
  • Creating delivery notes for shipments when required
  • Generating waybills for outgoing shipments
  • General office filing

Key Requirements:


  • Sage 50 experience is advantageous
  • Strong IT skills including Word & Excel
  • Personable, approachable and a good team player
  • A friendly, clear and professional telephone manner
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Previous experience within a credit control role would be an advantage
  • You will have a steady employment history and be able to demonstrate longevity in previous roles
