The HR Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and appropriate advice to managers and employees on policies and procedures
  • Leading the absence management process
  • Managing own employee relations caseload, including disciplinaries and grievances, in line with employment law and legislation
  • All aspects of payroll administration
  • Resolving HR related queries, escalating when necessary
  • Coordinating with occupational health
  • Updating and maintaining the employee database
  • Providing support to the HR Business Partner

The Successful Applicant:


The successful HR Advisor will have:

  • A proven track record within a similar role
  • CIPD L3 or above
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to manage a busy workload, adjusting to changing priorities
  • A genuine desire to succeed
