- Providing accurate and appropriate advice to managers and employees on policies and procedures
- Leading the absence management process
- Managing own employee relations caseload, including disciplinaries and grievances, in line with employment law and legislation
- All aspects of payroll administration
- Resolving HR related queries, escalating when necessary
- Coordinating with occupational health
- Updating and maintaining the employee database
- Providing support to the HR Business Partner
The Successful Applicant:
The successful HR Advisor will have:
- A proven track record within a similar role
- CIPD L3 or above
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage a busy workload, adjusting to changing priorities
- A genuine desire to succeed
