Vehicle Image Assessor (VDA) - Central Claims

Up to £52,500 per annum
45 hours per week

Location:
Camberley GU16

About the role
Working as part our central Image Assessor team you will compile computerised assessments.

  • Ensure appropriate repair method selection by repair centres.
  • Prepare vehicle damage assessments on various computerised platforms (Audatex, GT Motive etc,.)
  • Maximise profit potential by optimal understanding and use of systems and allowances (Inc. Zone99)
  • Negotiate repair costs with Engineers and Assessors
  • Evaluate PAV's
  • Advise central claims team on UR vehicles.
  • Cost jobs for invoicing.
  • Audit work / images prepared by site VDA teams.


You will play a pivotal role in our customer journey, working in partnership with customers and our repair centres to achieve the best outcome.
