£35,000-£38,000 _depending on experience and skills _

HCA Healthcare UK has an exciting opportunity for a Patient Access Leader (PAL) to join our dynamic team.
As a Patient Access Leader, you will be responsible for leading, directing, managing and assisting in all operational activities in order to deliver an efficient regulated service within your team as well as providing a first-class level of service to all customers/patients of the Hospital in addition to internal stakeholders in line with audit requirements.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Day to day management of the Patient Access teams ensuring the delivery of high quality and customer responsive services offered by the Patient Access Departments to maximise revenue capture and contribute to achieving the Hospital's Business Plan and in line with the Patient Access strategy
- Manage the services efficiently and costeffectively, recognising the various changing needs of Consultants, staff and other users
- Facilitate the patient's experience by providing a world class service to our patients through a seamless patient journey with a high level of customer care at all times
- Ensure registration of patients meets governing body requirements and the business standards
- Perform regular audits within Patient Access teams ensuring they are compliant with statutory and regulatory procedures in accordance with registering authorities, policies and guidelines including internal and external financial audit requirements
Ideally, we are looking for someone with:
- Previous management experience is essential, ideally private
- Great team leadership skills
- Excellent customer care and service skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Office
- Excel
- Good general level of education

- Knowledge of relevant hospital policies and procedures
