Monday to Friday 8:30am to 15:30pm

Calling all experienced SEN Teaching Assistants in the Greenwich area

I am currently working with a SEMH primary school who are looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their lovely team

You would be confident in working with children, planning and leading activities and enjoy working in a team.

You would be someone who is flexible and creative to adapt to children's interests, able to follow policy and ensure children are safe at all times.

We can offer you a friendly working environment, training and development, a chance to shape provision and children who are rewarding to work with.

This role will be working 1:1 with a girl in reception supporting her through her lessons and daily activities. You will need to be proactive, supportive and nurturing.

Your role:
You will work alongside teachers to support the needs of children who require 1:1 support, group support.

You will be a Teaching Assistant, and for one hour per day your duty will be as a lunchtime supervisor and 30-minute lunch break.

Previous experience supporting Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 pupils

You will need experience working with children in the last 2 years. There is the possibility to also work in the wrap around school provision should this be required.

Relevant SEN qualification (e.g., Team Teach, Makaton, PECS)
