As a Secretary - Part Time, your role with be to support the General Manager, booking in meeting, organising diaries and ad-hoc administration tasks.

UK wide company based on the outskirts of Shoreham looking for a Secretary - Part Time to join their team.
Description
The responsibilities of a Secretary - Part Time will be to:
- Carry out any reasonable request made by management
- Process and distribute all correspondence, quotations and reports
- Take minutes where required
- Maintain Company records
- Assist with the collation of figures for budgets etc.
- Deal with telephone enquiries effectively
- Arrange hotel accommodation, conference facilities and provide support for functions etc.
- Welcome and provide hospitality to visitors where required
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with regard to Company information
- Keep managers, supervisors, colleagues informed as necessary
- Wear and use Personal Protective Equipment and handling aids, where supplied, at all times for all relevant tasks
- Carry out all tasks to comply with Company Policy on Health and Safety
- Comply with Company Policies and the Terms and Conditions of Employment and follow Company Procedures
- Payroll Administration
- Keep work area clean, tidy, safe and secure at all times
- Attend training courses as required
- Foster and maintain good working relations throughout the Company
- Other Ad hoc duties as required

Job Offer
£27,500 FTE
£13.57 per hour
