Production Team Leader


Our client, a leading production company in the Armagh Area, are in search of a
Production Team
Leader to join their well-established team.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Train and develop employees
  • Overseeing employees, to ensure maximum efficiencies are achieved
  • Ensuring that staff are adhering to Health & Safety and Food Safety legislation as well as all other company policies and procedures
  • Allocating staff on the line to specific duties
  • Ensuring your line is always at a high standard and prepared for audits at all time

Essential Criteria:


  • Proven previous experience of working in a fast
- paced food production background

  • Strong knowledge of health & safety
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Flexibility in the working week
