We are looking for a driven and experienced
Warehouse Supervisor to join our team.

As a Warehouse Supervisor you will be a key part of our Lean transformation and help us to attain operational excellence.

You will be responsible for leading a team to deliver against key metrics, as well as being able to execute Hologic core values at every level, every day.


You will join our Warehouse Team and will:

  • Lead and develop your teams to understand the context, mechanics and the delivery of People, Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost in a sustainable way to meet customer and stakeholder commitments.
  • As a handson Supervisor, you will be available for coaching and guidance whilst demonstrating execution of production activities to a high standard ensuring best in class.
  • You will utilise lean systems, tools, continuous improvement methodologies, and industry best practices.
  • You will Identify areas for improvement in the manufacturing process and implement strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
  • You will be a role model for your team and the business who can motivate, encourage, and recognize the contribution of individuals and teams.

  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead by example and inspire a team while coaching them to meet their goals.
  • A Proven practitioner of lean systems, tools, continuous improvement methodologies, and industry best practices.
  • Able to Identify areas for improvement in the manufacturing process and implement strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
