We are looking for a driven and experienced
Warehouse Supervisor to join our team.

As a Warehouse Supervisor you will be a key part of our Lean transformation and help us to attain operational excellence.

You will be responsible for leading a team to deliver against key metrics, as well as being able to execute Hologic core values at every level, every day.

You will join our Warehouse Team and will:

Lead and develop your teams to understand the context, mechanics and the delivery of People, Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost in a sustainable way to meet customer and stakeholder commitments.
As a handson Supervisor, you will be available for coaching and guidance whilst demonstrating execution of production activities to a high standard ensuring best in class.
You will utilise lean systems, tools, continuous improvement methodologies, and industry best practices.
You will Identify areas for improvement in the manufacturing process and implement strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
You will be a role model for your team and the business who can motivate, encourage, and recognize the contribution of individuals and teams.

We do have minimum expectations we need you to fulfill to join the team, these are:

Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead by example and inspire a team while coaching them to meet their goals.
A Proven practitioner of lean systems, tools, continuous improvement methodologies, and industry best practices.
Able to Identify areas for improvement in the manufacturing process and implement strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
