We are currently recruiting for a
Warehouse Supervisor for our well established client based in
Manchester, M3.

The shifts will run from Monday to Thursday 9am - 5:30pm & Friday 9am - 4:30pm

This is a
permanent role with
immediate start.

£20,500 per annum.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of 6+ people in a section of warehouse dedicated to an online D2C online website.
Provide line management to the team, coordinating their workloads, providing support to ensure the team delivers & monitoring any issues that may arise.
Assist in running an efficient warehouse zone, which is able to fulfil operational & customer demands.
Ensure inventory is properly managed, located & fulfilled and work within time to pick, pack & prepare customer orders.
Accept & check frequent delivery of new stock.
Liaise directly with Director & management regarding the ongoing daytoday operations within the warehouse.
Train new warehouse operatives as & when required.
Ensure health & safety standards are acknowledged.

Role Requirements & Experience:

Supervisory & team leader skills with the ability to motivate, manage & coordinate others.
Good communication & interpersonal skills.
Good planning skills & able to operate under pressure.
Excellent attention to detail.
Experience of warehouse PDAs & computer devices.
Work well within a team.
Practical knowledge of general warehouse safety.
