Head of Strategy & Programmes
The easyJet holidays Strategy & Programmes team is at the heart of our rapid growth and value creation plan.

We support the Holidays Management Board in answering the big strategic questions and determining where the company can best seize recovery opportunities, create competitive advantage and drive shareholder value.


As Head of Strategy & Programmes, you'll own our approach to integrated business planning, providing inspirational leadership across strategy, programmes, and value realisation.

You'll play a pivotal role in formulating strategy across the business, working closely with HMB members and our Group colleagues.


You'll provide relevant market intelligence to drive insight and analysis to enable the business to make the right strategic decisions; drive through the required change through rapid delivery of our value realisation plans; and have a relentless focus on value creation and realisation in accordance with our 5-year financial plan.


What you'll bring to the team:

We are looking for somebody who has strategic leadership experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, ideally in a travel / eCom business or a recognised management consulting firm (for example Mckinsey, Bain, BCG or equivalent).

You'll have considerable experience of end-to-end management and delivery of complex strategic problems using agile methodologies (e.g., programme set up, problem solving, solution development supported by analytical assessment, option evaluation and recommendation generation).


You'll be a passionate team-builder, understand and employ excellent diplomacy skills, have an ability to work well with multi-functional teams, be a strategic and creative thinker, comfortable with ambiguity, and work well in a constantly evolving environment.

You'll be open and welcoming to change, results oriented, self-motivated and proactive, have exceptional problem-solving skills, and demonstrate an ability to stay calm under stress and uncertainty, influencing the same in your team.

This is a full-time role based near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model and get together twice a week at the easyJet holidays HQ
