Description

Role - Sprinkler Design Engineer

Salary - £45,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Type - Permanent

Location - Milton Keynes

My client are an multi-disciplined building services design consultancy and are looking to take on an Sprinkler Engineer to join their growing company in Milton Keynes.

The Sprinkler Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:

Previous experience as an Sprinkler Engineer
Knowledge of key health and safety issues and legislation
Competent in specification writing, design/drawing for all building types
Possess a thorough understanding of the relevant and current British and industry Standards
A keen interest in how Building services work
Excellent knowledge and proficiency working with work excel
Excellent communication skills

The Sprinkler E role will involve:

Provide evidence of previous project experience in sprinkler engineering
Carry out the servicing & maintenance of all commercial fire sprinkler systems
Be able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of fire sprinkler rules such as FM, NFPA, BS EN 12845, BS5306 Part
Have knowledge of service, maintenance, repairs, and fault finding
Ensure all works are to a high standard, whilst creating and maintaining customer relationships
