Are you ready to take the next step in your career? Do you have a passion for recruitment?


We have a well established SEND/Enable desk in our Leeds (Colton / Garforth) branch, which is already billing, but is looking for a new consultant to take things to the next level alongside our current SEND Consultant.

It needs a well-motivated Consultant to effectively manage the very loyal existing client base, and help to match our ambitious expansion plans by winning new business.

At Academic Appointments, you really can concentrate on building relationships with your schools and specialists, as the rest is done for you Your days will be spent filling roles in a very fast paced environment, and developing new relationships with schools through written and verbal sales strategies.

We love to meet our clients face to face where possible, and we need people who are comfortable communicating at a variety of levels.


As a well-respected education provider, we work hard to maintain our positive reputation which is why we were the FIRST Education leader to use Feefo - an online review tool.

Requirements from schools have been at an all time high since the pandemic hit, and this represents a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious company like us to grow in to new areas, whilst providing an invaluable service to our loyal client base.


Salary is negotiable and dependant on experience but you could earn £25,000 - £30,000 (OTE) plus a market-leading bonus scheme up to 10% of billings.

  • You have some recruitment or sales experience, although we are open on the sector and level you have worked at
