Global Insight Conferences, a market-leading conference and exhibition company, is looking for an ambitious, accountable and hardworking sales-driven individual to join their Sales & Marketing department. We are looking for an individual with a minimum of one year's office or call centre experience who will go the extra mile to generate delegate revenue.
If you like the thrill of the chase, closing a deal and earning high amounts of commission, then this delegate sales executive role is the job for you.
Finding potential customers, building relationships, nurturing current accounts and selling the benefits of attending our very high-quality events is an extremely important role in the company and is exceptionally rewarding.
We are looking for an ambitious, revenue-generating individual with a minimum of one year's office or call centre experience. This is a superb opportunity for an excellent communicator to be in control of your own salary. Along with a competitive basic salary, you'll also receive commission for each delegate pass you sell. Commission is uncappedWHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As a Telesales Marketing Agent, you'll be selling delegate places to hot leads and enquiries as well as generating your own leads to hit and exceed both the conference target and your own personal target.
- Researching and understanding new markets and buy/sell side dynamics.
- Sourcing and building new databases of leads and potential new clients in line with various sectors and markets.
- Initiating, building and managing client relationships delighting our customers
- Being in charge of the networking room on the day to ensure a smooth running of your event.
- Upselling, crossselling and forward selling to maximise your earnings.
- Interdepartmental collaboration, briefing and overall project management to maximise lead generation.
