Description
Fintelligent is looking for a Collections Advisor to join a leading finance organisation in Manchester. You will receive a basic salary between £23-26k and a great benefits package.


As a Collection Advisor, you will be recovering customer arrears via telephone, written communications, and/or any other digital methods introduced into the department/function.

If you were already in this Collections Advisor role, here are some of the areas you would have been working in this week:

  • Setting appropriate and sustainable repayment arrangements
  • Showing empathy and care for our vulnerable customers
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure the customer receives the correct outcomes to collections issues raised
  • General administration duties.
Applicants will require a minimum of 1 year of collection experience, ideally within a regulated environment.

You will also need the following:

  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to empathise with people
  • GCSE level of Maths and English
  • Honesty and integrity
  • A cando attitude.


In return for your dedication, collaboration and commitment, you will receive a salary of £23,000-£26,000 (D.O.E.) and benefits including private health care, car scheme, free breakfast, hybrid working and regular company events.
