Trainee Electronic Assembler Description


XCL Group are working alongside a growing company who are looking for people to join them at a large manufacturing site in West Yorkshire.

This opportunity offers the potential of long term employment they are looking for hard working and reliable individuals to become a key part of their manufacturing departments.


Responsibilities
Duties will include;

  • Soldering and fitting components using different types of cables and connectors
  • Working with cables such as cutting, crimping and stripping
  • Assembling components on printed circuit board
  • Work on panels and metal assemblies
  • Follow instructions either written or computer generated
  • Follow work schedules

Preferred Skills / Experience

  • Comfortable with manual handling and doing repetitive tasks.
  • Good hand and eye coordination
  • Basic computer skills
  • Previous experience working in a production/assembly role
  • Have good organizational skills

Hours

  • Monday
  • Friday
  • 38 hours per week
  • 8:30am 4:30pm

Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm


Salary:
From £10.42 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday
to Friday
