A bit about the role...


Working in a team with Susan Wilson, our HR Data and Systems Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in providing a responsive, effective, and efficient HR business intelligence service to Homes England's key stakeholders.

You will be joining a friendlyteam of 5 people, who are committed to making positive change in how people data can be used to inform and aid-decision making within the Agency.


Susan and the team are passionate about delivering a first-class customer service to our stakeholders, in the role you'll take an innovative and creative approach to people & workforce analytics.

Working with key stakeholders and a professional HR team you will have the opportunity to help create a responsive,effective and efficient HR business intelligence service using technology-based solutions and have the opportunity to support in the implementation of a new HR and Finance system.

The role will support the design and delivery of key strategic projects around the workforce.

There are some exciting and ambitious projects to get involved with and this is an excellent opportunity to balance day to day delivery whilst bringing innovativesolutions to the HR offering.


A bit about you


Whilst our day job is to deliver first class customer service to our stakeholders in relation to workforce/people data, you will be used to "spinning several plates" at once and will always be looking for ways to improve and innovate.

Delivering on a mission as bold as ours isn't always easy.

You will be resilient and comfortable managing stakeholders at a senior level, having the ability to influence and support the agency to make decisions, and your discussions will always be shapedby a good understanding of the commercial and operational impact of what we do as an HR team.


As an experienced Data Analyst, you'll understand how to manage colleagues and be able to demonstrate you can work with others as part of a team in a collaborative, inclusive way to build knowledge and abilities within the team to support Susan in developingand enhancing the capabilities of the HR data function.
