Are you an experienced Office Manager and Executive Assistant looking for a dynamic and flexible work environment? Look no further Our rapidly growing client, a market leading FinTech company, is seeking a dedicated Office Manager/EA to join their team.


As the first person in this company with a dedicated admin role, you will have the opportunity to shape the role and potentially build out a team over time.

Your main goal will be to free up the Founder's time, help senior colleagues succeed in their rolesand make the company run more efficiently.

The role is hybrid with 2/3 days per week in their London offices. They offer a starting annual basic salary of £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience, with flexible working practices.

You will join a young and dynamic team with an entrepreneurial culturewhere you can shape how they work and make a real contribution to the company's growth.


You will report directly to the company's Founder and support all four members of the Senior Management Team as well as for other team members on specific tasks/projects.

The goal is to ease pinch points in the business and establish or improve our processesin areas such as staff hiring and onboarding, organising team events, calendar scheduling, customer onboarding, office procedures, expense management and much more.
