ABOUT US:


  • We are a wellestablished dog behavioural business that has recently started selling multiple products and training videos. We would like to consolidate all of our services, information and know how onto social channels.
  • Based at Paddock Wood, Kent._

THE ROLE:


  • A good knowledge of Social Media on all platforms and in Marketing.
  • Develop an optimal posting schedule on Hootsuite or similar, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics through using analytical tools.
  • Build a calendar for every deliverable and plan the timing of all social posts making sure content is planned, strategised and delivered ahead of time.
  • Strategies and track success across the social media platforms and create a plan for improvement and achieving KPIs and growth
  • Providing honest educational content as directed for social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest and YouTube, with excellent judgement and a sharp feel for the social media landscape.
  • Sensemake emerging trends, and see opportunities that can be used for audience expansion and engagement.
  • Manages company social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
  • Creates dynamic written, graphic, and video content.
  • Creates content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation.
  • This is not a remote position.
  • Working closely with the owner on what she requires from you.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

Social Media Marketing: 3 years+ (preferred).

  • Proven work experience in a social media role.
  • Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels.
  • BS degree in Marketing, New media or relevant field.
  • Project management: 1 year (preferred).
  • Experience of running and growing social media channels.
  • A whizz at building content inapp and understanding what works best.
