A new opportunity has arisen within the charity to support the People team as a People Coordinator, the post acts as the first point of contact for all employee queries and executes the day to day initiatives including talent, performance and compensation reviews, recognition programs, onboarding and induction.
Reporting to the Associate People Director you will provide advice and guidance to employees and use your research and analytical skills to enhance our practices and initiatives.
London's Air Ambulance Charity continues to develop a supportive and enabling environment that gets the best out of our people.
This is an exciting time to join the charity with the recent launch of the Up Against Time appeal.
Up Against Time will be the charity's biggest ever appeal with a target to raise £15m by 2025 and replace both helicopters.
You will be CIPD qualified (part or full) or equivalent and be able to provide evidence of a commitment to continuous learning and development in the field of HR.
You will have strong administration experience and ideally come from an HR background although this is not essential if you can demonstrate that you are keen to enter the sector.
We are looking for a proactive, self-starter with an analytical mindset and a strong interest in a career in HR.
