THE ROLE:
- Client meetings and visits
- Renewals, midterm adjustments, claims
- Ensure the client is presented with the most suitable cover
- Communicating with underwriters
- Responding to queries from clients
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Experience in a similar role desirable
- Insurance experience desirable
- Customer service experience
- Ability to build rapport
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
