Head of Recruitment and Agent Attraction (Estate Agency Sector)

Salary:
Basic £40-45K PA plus commission and bonus structure

Remote / Hybrid (Commutable x2 days per week initially to Northampton)

Do you have a passion for Estate / Letting Agency?
Have you experience working in the Property Industry?
Are you an advocate of the Self Employed options for agents?
Do you feel strongly that SE is the future of UK Estate Agency?
Have you experience in recruiting?
Have you experience in coaching, mentoring, developing and inspiring Estate Agents?
Are you considered a "thought leader" in the self employed space already?
