As a Portfolio Owner for our Asset Digitization Portfolio, you will refine and establish the assigned function within the Digital business by pushing priority initiatives through the pipeline from ideation to prioritization.


Scope:

Key Accountabilities

  • To build deep partnerships with regional digital leaders, business experts and process owners to define and manage a balanced portfolio of digital initiatives and products
  • To communicate portfolio vision and roadmap, ensure alignment to digital and business strategies.
  • To act as the point of contact for the Asset Digitization portfolio
  • To optimise the portfolio to maximise value and minimise redundancy
  • Identify and align the capabilities and enablers needed for sustained and scalable value creation.
  • Define program increments, manage, and refine the portfolio backlog
  • Understand market and business landscape to identify themes and trends to translate to opportunities and risks for Brambles
  • Engage stakeholders across the enterprise to ideate and develop pipeline of potential Digital initiatives relating
  • Understand regional/functional ideas with Digital dependencies and support their prioritisation and management through the Digital intake process (through to business case)
  • Work with Product Managers to ensure smooth transition from intake process into execution (L2 to L4)
  • Provide input into strategic planning process both for valuecreation initiatives and required capabilities to support them

Requirements:


  • Bachelors Degree (STEM) or equivalent industry experience
  • Desirable: Scrum Qualifications (e.g. PSM, PSPO, PAL)
  • 57 years of CHEP, retail or FMCG supply chain experience detailed knowledge of market challenges, customer needs and value drivers related to Asset Digitization
  • Experience working through agile practises and procedures
  • Entire product / project lifecycle with the release of value
  • Good understanding of the data + digital landscape as it relates to supply chain and the FMCG/retail industries
  • Track record of delivering new services, products, and business models, preferably digital or data related
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing
  • Agile practised & procedures

Skills:


  • Experience working through agile practises and procedures
  • P&L Management of budget and finances
  • Entire product / project lifecycle with the release of value
  • Good understanding of the data + digital landscape as it relates to supply chain and the FMCG/retail industries
  • Track record of delivering new services, products, and business models, preferably digital or data related
Languages

English fluency required

Any other European language would be highly evaluated
