Personal Assistant for Supply Chain Directors
12 month Fixed Term Contract
Location Flexible:
Edinburgh Park, London, Glasgow, Dublin

This role will provide proficient personal assistant support to the business leaders in our Supply Chain and Procurement business. It will be required to co-ordinate their activities and provide administrative support. This is a varied and challenging role which requires a high degree of flexibility, initiative and confidentiality.
Top Accountabilities
- Effective diary management emphasis on anticipating needs and understanding priorities
- Meeting coordination, preparation, efficiency and effectiveness including ability to set up and run virtual meetings
- Travel, visa and accommodation management and coordination
- Timely management of expenditure via Concur, ensuring a thorough filing and reference system is in place
- Ensure all Purchase Orders, invoices and expenses are completed in a timely, accurate and compliant manner
- Coordination of data & digital filing systems
- Preparation of relevant business reports e.g. team budget
- Managing routine oneoff and recurring tasks, including resolving issues and implementing comprehensive solutions
- Management and organisation of internal and external events e.g. conferences, meetings, events
To be successful in role you will have similar experience working in a high performing a PA or Team Assistant role.
Utilise exceptional interpersonal skills to build and sustain excellent relationships across a diverse range of cross-functional networks.
Highly organised and self-motivated, with an ability to anticipate, effectively prioritise and progress workload.
Experience working with; SAP, Concur, Condecco, Coupa, Outlook & Microsoft Office & virtual meeting tools (e.g., Zoom).
