We are looking for an experienced and motivated Ecommerce Manager to join our client's rapidly growing team in Manchester.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established company in the homeware sector and take their ecommerce capabilities tothe next level.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to increase online customer base and sales
Analyse customer behaviour and web analytics data to identify opportunities for growth
Manage budgets and devise costeffective marketing campaigns
Monitor customer service performance and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Plan, design, and develop website content to enhance customer experience
Monitor and manage customer reviews and feedback
Manage and maintain ecommerce platforms, such as Shopify and Magento
Ensure compliance with industry standards and legislation
Stay up to date with the latest ecommerce technology and trends

Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in ecommerce and digital marketing
Strong understanding of web analytics, SEO, and PPC
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Experience with ecommerce platforms, such as Shopify and Magento
Highly organised and detailoriented
Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
Creative problemsolving skills
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
Strong business acumen and analytical skills
