Contract Administrator & Marketing Assistant

Job Description:


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain purchase ledgers, prepare invoices, follow up on overdue invoices and perform bank reconciliations.
  • Proficiently use Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Manage job contract files, including system filing and tracking job reports.
  • Review site reports and electronically file, flagging any issues to the Operational team.
  • Ensure job planner is accurately maintained at all times including logging enquiries, quotes, new orders and completed works.
  • Handle client communications effectively and professionally.
  • Utilise marketing skills to manage Google Ads campaigns.
  • Create engaging blog and social media content to promote our services and engage with our audience.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in bookkeeping, with knowledge of purchase ledgers, invoicing, and bank reconciliations (Sage Software).
  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Office admin experience and report writing skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in marketing, including managing Google Ads campaigns and creating content for blogs and social media.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Valid driver's license.
