About us

The role
We're looking for an ambitious individual to join our existing project management team as a Junior project coordinator.

The main purpose of the role is to ensure that our clients submit their assets in a timely manner and in-turn allow us to deliver a tailored publication to them within a set timeframe.

This is coupled with being the main point of contact for your allocated client, provide them with information and support where necessary and managing their expectations effectively.

What you'll be doing:

Gathering and reviewing magazine content before submitting it to our design team (please note you do not need design or creative skills yourself).
Keeping clients informed about the production progress.
Controlling the cadence of client communication to ensure project completion within the set timescale.
Collaborate with a crossfunctional team to meet project milestones.

What you'll need to have:

A proven ability to adhere deadlines.
A professional and confident approach when communicating with colleagues and clients.
Meticulous approach to your attention to detail and organisation skills.

This role will require you to work a slightly later shift on two days of your working week, to ensure timely and effective communication with our international clients. This is usually on Tuesday and Thursday (Friday is always a 5pm finish).
