Are you an experienced Team Administrator looking to join an international and growing property consultancy based near Oxford Circus?
This international property consultancy requires a team administrator to support the Planning & Development team. If you have property industry experience that would be advantageous but not necessary. In this role you will predominantly support four partners as well as their respective teams. The Planning & Development team has approx 100 fee earners, based across London, Manchester, Birmingham and Leeds.
This Team Administrator position will include the following duties:
- Diary management and booking meetings
- Updating and managing schedules and running reports
- Drafting meeting agendas and notes
- Copy typing up, and formatting, of reports
- Completing timesheets
- Checking company information and creating invoices. Generating invoice numbers and billing guides from the firm's computerised invoicing system and keeping a record of invoices sent
- And more
- Experience within/of the property industry
- Experience working in a similar role in a medium sized organisation is beneficial but not essential
- Experience of invoicing
- Accurate typing combined with a good knowledge of Word
- Sound knowledge of Excel
- Strong prioritisation and organisational skills
- Can work to tight deadlines and in a high pressure environment
