Based in Renfrew, GS Associates Ltd are recruiting a Helpdesk Administrator to join our fast-paced Support Centre function. The role offered is a permanent position within the business.


Your new role
You will be responsible for, but not limited to

  • Answering customer and internal phone calls, delivering good customer service each time.
  • Produce weekly/monthly client reports.
  • Monitor audits and prepare next steps for resolution.
  • Process material and uniform orders as required.
  • Support with time and attendance system maintenance.

What you'll need to succeed


Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and customer service skills required with keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail.


You must be well organised and be able to work well on your own initiative as well as part of a bigger team.

The ability to work to tight deadlines in a pressurised environment.
