Job Title:
French Speaking Customer Service Co-ordinator (12months FTC)


Salary:
£23-28k dependent on experience


Duration: 12 months FTC


Working Hours:
Mon - Thurs (8.30am - 5pm) & Fridays pm)


Location Staffordshire - this role is 100% office based


SectorInhouse with a well-known manufacturing company with a franchise structure


The role


To provide an effective external and internal communication, relationship and administration support service to export Franchisees and all other customer groups.


Duties

  • Handle all orders through the French order portal, and liaise with their hauliers and complete all associated documentation
  • Provide order entry support to all export markets,
  • Complete invoicing, credit notes, requisitions and month end procedures
  • Provide franchisee and customer product feedback to relevant departments where required
  • Provide assistance with French travel arrangements
Social Media Sustain the information on the franchisees local website pages

  • Maintain regular and open communication with the franchisee network
  • Manage company communication to franchisees via a weekly enewsletter and engage with customers on a monthly basis via enewsletter.
  • Provide assistance to the translation and internal support function

Requirements:


  • Fluent French speaker
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a B2B customer service environment
  • Knowledge / experience of using social media channel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
