Customer Service - Macclesfield (1 day in the office) - £22,000 with a pay rise to £24,000 after probation

Role of customer service:


  • Meetings with residents
  • Help desk
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Instructing contractors to carry out work
  • Issuing section orders
  • Inspections
  • Inspection reports

We are looking for

  • Previous experience: Grads, retail, hospitality property customer service or admin
  • Presentable and great communicator
  • Industry specific qualifications desirable but not essential Arla
  • Self starter, quick learner and highly organised
  • Genuine Interest in Property
  • Someone who can travel to Macclesfield
