About the role
In this varied and demanding role, you will provide communications advice and practical support to PCH.

You will lead on the delivery of effective two-way communications to internal and external audiences and stakeholders through a variety of channels, with a focus on digital communications to be delivered through online platforms (website, intranet, social media), and to include photography and video.


You will need to be multi-skilled and have experience of working in communications, public relations or journalism, with demonstrable experience of crisis communications and media management in high-pressure situations, as well as digital talents.


  • Is an experienced and enthusiastic communications professional with digital skillsets, including photography, video, social media and digital content creation.
  • Has excellent writing skills, understanding of how best to use social media platforms and online platforms, and is talented at producing effective digital assets, such as photos, short videos and design assets.
  • Is proactive, customerfocused, friendly and able to effectively communicate PCH's vision and values to our varied audiences.
