You will largely be responsible for managing the sustainability database and conducting research to inform and strengthen the sustainability strategy, supporting the Sustainability Manager who is delivering on this.

You will have experience of working with sustainability data, such as carbon calculations and emissions data, in professional and/or academic settings.

You should hold a sustainability related degree and will need to be able to demonstrate a high degree of aptitude for data and numeracy, such as a Maths or Economics related A-Level.

You will also bring your knowledge of sustainability reporting protocols and frameworks.

As this is a new and evolving role in the business, you will have the opportunity to take ownership in this role, bringing your innovative and proactive mindset to share knowledge, suggest new directions, and educate the wider team.

Based in the South East of England, near Gatwick Airport, you will be required to work on a hybrid model, roughly two days a week in the office (though at first, it would be beneficial to be in the office more frequently).
