Robertson Bell are pleased o be partnering with a growing national House Builder who are seeking a Senior Corporate Finance Analyst to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

Working in a drive and high performing team, this role will play a crucialrole in appraisal of upcoming and existing large scale projects.

The main responsibilities of the Senior Corporate Finance Analyst include:

  • Work closely with the Development and Land Directors to gather up to date information in order to maintain the integrity of the complex appraisal models, identifying changes in assumptions and further consequences.
  • Responsible for the day to day financial modelling in the bespoke Excel model, looking at inputs, what if scenarios, and communicating he subsequent potential outcomes to senior stakeholders.
  • Ownership of the ongoing financial analysis and reporting for joint ventures on regeneration projects.
  • Conduct through investment appraisals for pipeline land acquisitions.

  • Ideally a fully qualified accountant.
  • Confident and experience in using multilayered spreadsheets, using macros.
