What you'll do:


The role supports Group Corporate Functions (annual spend ~€500M), specifically one of the ExCo led functions managed by SLT/E Bands, with responsibility to manage and shape its spend versus budget across all areas of the function's regular activity.

The role drives performance across multiple sub functions, balancing and prioritising spend across areas, requiring strong stakeholder management skills to build trusting and advisory relationships with many senior stakeholders and provide challenge to the business.

This role is responsible for SLT/E band Group Corporrate Function cost centres and will also partner to support other Finance Business Partners to produce month end costs and analysis e.g., Finance Operations.


  • Prepare and ensure accuracy of management accounts coordinating commentary and analysis to facilitate decision making.
  • Responsible for communicating results to all key stakeholders and providing insight to allow for dynamic funds (re)prioritisation as required to meet targets (operational and financial)
  • Coordinate the planning process for the function, clear communication of timeline and activities prior to submission. (With finance & function)
  • Work with the functional leads to drive performance targets, advising on key planning assumptions, opportunities, risks and tradeoffs to achieve targets
  • Work with Finance Operations to coordinate the month end ledger close.

Who you are:


  • ACA/CIMA/ACCA/MBA qualified / close to qualification or with depth of experience in financial analysis
  • Working knowledge of SAP would be advantageous
  • Strong excel and data manipulations skills
  • Sound Technical accounting skills
  • Strong analytical skills
