Description
Looking for a great developmental Compliance Monitoring opportunity with a high degree of flexible working?

That's what's on offer here. You'll get to work for a great Head of Compliance with a proven track record of developing their teams.

And you'll only be required to go into the office once a week, with the other 4 days working from home.

You'll take ownership of the Compliance Monitoring Plan (CMP), for its ongoing development and its execution.

You'll be the go-to person for Compliance Monitoring, fielding enquiries from across the business, helping ensure the highest standards are maintained.

You'll perform thematic and control reviews in accordance with the CMP and produce detailed and effective monitoring reports. You'll also provide MI of all monitoring actions and lead the weekly compliance action meeting with key stakeholders.

You'll have gained strong Compliance Monitoring experience financial services environment. Any previous Motor Finance experience (with a lender, dealer or broker) would be advantageous but is not essential.


You'll also have the ability to effectively communicate compliance matters across all levels of a business and possess excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
