We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join the Radisson Blu Edwardian Bloomsbury Hotel

Overview:

An amazing opportunity to join the team in Front of House at the Radisson Blu Edwardian Bloomsbury Street Hotel

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting our guests, including check in and check out procedures and dealing with guest enquires.
Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered at all times in line with our core values and standards and exceeding guest expectations.

About You:

Previous hotel reception experience is required ideally within a 4 or 5star hotel operation.
Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
