We are currently looking for an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join our clients, an established Wealth Management based in Birmingham City Centre.


For this Financial Services Administrator, my clients are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to support their growing client base and to help deliver a program of improved client experience and customer support.


The successful Financial Services Administrator will be offered:

  • £25,000
  • £30,000 Basic (Depending on experience).
  • Discretionary bonus.
  • 37 hours per week A flexitime system is in place accordingly.
  • Option to purchase further holiday days.
  • Pension.
  • DIS.

To be considered for the Financial Services Administrator role you must have:

  • Minimum 2 years experience with an independent financial advisory firm.
  • You are happy to embrace technology and be flexible in your approach to using varied systems to support the client experience and financial planning process.
  • Experience with the full range of financial products including and used to dealing with multiple providers.
  • The ability to focus on business efficiency, being able to simplify processes wherever possible.

As a Financial Services Administrator, your role will involve:

  • Assisting in the timely delivery of the advice proposition with agreed service levels.
  • Assisting the paraplanning team and the advisers with their daytoday administration requirements.
  • The gathering of personal data, pension, investment, and life policy information and presenting of the core findings within the word and excel format.
  • Dealing with client inquiries in a swift and timely manner, liaising with the team and product providers where necessary.
