Description

We are recruiting organised individuals with great attention to detail to join the team as a Customer Service Order Processor at a successful, international organisation in Kiln Farm, Milton Keynes.

In this role, you'll process and amend orders and build positive relationships with both internal and external customers.

You'll support sales by correcting any queries and errors as well as supporting the customer service teams to ensure the company continuesto provide the best possible customer service.


Responsibilities:


  • Accurately process orders by direct order entry onto the Company's computer database
  • Making outbound calls to customers to clarify any order queries where required
  • Communication with Field Sales on all account management matters
  • Ownership and accountability for their order book ensuring daily checks are completed
  • Thorough personal performance contribution to individual and team results in line with the departmental KPIs to help the company meet overall turnover and profitability
Skills and Experience

  • Computer literate
  • Intermediate knowledge
  • Willingness and confidence to make outbound calls
  • Willingness and openness to learning new skills
  • Self Motivated and Courteous with a good telephone manner
  • Professional communication skills both verbally and written
  • Keen eye for detail with the ability to spot errors
  • Ability to Handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently
  • Ability to work accurately within strict timescales
  • Previous experience in a Data Entry / Order Processing role (desirable)
  • Experience of sales order processing (desirable)
  • Knowledge of SAP & CRM systems (desirable)
  • Knowledge of products related to the roofing industry would be advantageous
