Our client is an award-winning technology and investments solutions business. They're rapidly growing and are now looking to expand their Incident and Complaints team.
This exciting opportunity will see you working with clients to raise, log, assess and resolve any incidents or complaints.
They are looking for someone who is empathetic and can communicate well with customers, as well as having analytical skills as you will be performing calculations to support in resolving issues.
You will be working with a great team, who support each other and work together to resolve incidents and complaints.
This role will also offer you the see you working with other departments, giving you ample opportunity for progression, development and growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Reviewing all incidents raises, assessing them and carrying out required corrections
- Attending weekly meetings to discuss incidents with the wider business and completing weekly MI's
- Cross training with the complaints team to assist with high work volume
- Support in the development of new policies and procedures
- Facilitate and maintain an effective corporate approach
- Monitor trends, highlight risk factors and support with annual reports regarding complaint reports

Skills and experience required:
- Fantastic communication skills
- Experience using Excel to create basic reports
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience working in Finance industry ideal
