Accounts Administer

£20,000 - £26,000

Hertfordshire
Alecto Recruitment are looking for an accounts administrator for our client in the anaerobic digestion industry to generate biogas.


Benefits:


  • 95 five days a week
  • 28 Days Paid Holidays p.a.
  • Salary: £20,000.00£26,000.00 per year
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:


  • Invoicing the key responsibility
  • Credit Control/ Purchase orders
  • Recording receipts and payments
  • Preparing and checking ledger balances
  • Bank and Credit Card Reconciliation

Qualifications and Skills:


  • IT literate and numerate.
  • Experienced doing VAT returns.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in Customer service invoicing
  • Proficient in data entry and management
  • Educated to GCSE or equivalent level to include English and Maths
  • Good MS Office skills, with a working knowledge of Excel.

Experience:


  • Accounting: 1 year
  • Bookkeeping: 1 year
  • Accounting Qualifications Desirable
