Hours:
Monday to Friday - 8am-4pm.

  • Previous experience of customer service, administration and sales support desirable.
  • Good longevity in previous roles.
  • Selfmotivated, successdriven and hardworking.
  • Building rapport with each customer and excellent questioning skills.
  • Experience of working within a strong customer focused team environment.
  • Attention to detail.
  • IT and systems literacy.
  • Polish speaking would be advantageous.

Duties Include:


  • To provide a full range of administrative and clerical support to the sales team.
  • Deal with all customer issues and complaints effectively.
  • Process credits and refunds to customers accounts.
  • Update customers with despatch information for their orders.
  • Maintain effective records of all customer communications within appropriate systems.
  • Liaise with our courier to check the progress of delivery and providing tracking information to customers.
  • Carry out delegated work in the absence of other colleagues.
  • Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and processes.
