Hours:
Monday to Friday - 8am-4pm.
- Previous experience of customer service, administration and sales support desirable.
- Good longevity in previous roles.
- Selfmotivated, successdriven and hardworking.
- Building rapport with each customer and excellent questioning skills.
- Experience of working within a strong customer focused team environment.
- Attention to detail.
- IT and systems literacy.
- Polish speaking would be advantageous.
Duties Include:
- To provide a full range of administrative and clerical support to the sales team.
- Deal with all customer issues and complaints effectively.
- Process credits and refunds to customers accounts.
- Update customers with despatch information for their orders.
- Maintain effective records of all customer communications within appropriate systems.
- Liaise with our courier to check the progress of delivery and providing tracking information to customers.
- Carry out delegated work in the absence of other colleagues.
- Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and processes.
