Job Purpose Statement
This position will be based working at our Head Office Branch in Colney Heath - postcode AL4 0PG.

Working Hours will be 8.00am pm (40 Hours a Week)

This is a Fixed Term Contract with the possibility of a permanent position.**
Key Accountabilities

To support and assist on all recruitment campaigns.
Assist in preparing all starter paperwork as required.
Ensure ATS system is up to date and that our website has the latest vacancies.
Responsible for our Graduates and Apprentices, ensuring cohort, line managers and training providers are clear on where each graduate or apprentices is.
Support line managers in ensuring graduates and appreciates are on target for completion.
Act as a central point of contact for all graduates and apprentices.
Assist and support HR Advisors and HRBP's as required.
Carry out any additional duties as required by the business.

Knowledge, Experience, Qualifications:

Proven working experience within recruitment industry or within HR department.
Knowledge of how Graduate and Apprenticeship programs operate, including how Apprentice funding levy works with Training Providers and Government.
Experience of working in a busy HR department.
