HancoxRead Recruitment are looking for Customer Services Agent, dealing with Taxi Licence Applications. This is an office-based role working in the B3 area of Birmingham.

Ideal for someone who has worked in retail/front of house, do this role requiring face to face interactions.


You will be dealing with difficult customers regarding licensing, so must be confident & comfortable in dealing with difficult situations.

- experience with Microsoft Office package and other Windows based systems.

Hours of work - Based in the office.

09:00am-17:00pm

Full time only

Pay/Salary

£9.90 per hour
