Accounts Administrator - Bradford, United Kingdom - Sign Focus
Description
We are looking for a part time Accounts Administrator to manage our company's accounts, payable and receivable.Working hours are flexible, with the possibility of part remote working.
Your responsibilities will include input and reconciling purchase ledger, sales ledger, bank and cash accounts and reporting to the Directors thereon.
Bookkeeping Responsibilities:
- All bookkeeping duties including purchase and sales ledger
- Monthly payroll (including autoenrolment pensions)
- Bank, Cash and credit card reconciliation
- Raising and distributing sales invoices and monthly account statements
- Actively managing credit control
- VAT calculation and reconciliation
- Year End procedure (in conjunction with the company's account)
- Monthly and adhoc management reporting
- Asset management
- Supporting the day to day running of the office
- Ordering supplies
- Liaising with suppliers
- Organising payments schedules
- Minimum of 2 years' experience using Sage (or similar)
- Competent in MS Office, in particular Word and Excel and Outlook
- Experience in a similar role with a good understanding of bookkeeping and general financial management.
- Possess an organised, methodical and systematic approach to work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

£11.00-£13.00 per hour
